Bo has sold over 350 homes and over $150,000,000 in real estate in the Charlotte region in just 15 years as a broker. His focus is within the Charlotte city limits but Bo has sold homes as far north as the Hickory area, the mountains of North Carolina, the Lake Norman area, and as far south as Fort Mill, SC. Bo is a top producer year after year with a strong work ethic and a passion for real estate. His career has centered around luxury real estate that includes multiple million-dollar sales with a high sale of $3,375,000. Notable neighborhoods include Myers Park, Dilworth, South End, Plaza Midwood, Cotswold, SouthPark, Eastover, Wesley Heights, Noda, and Uptown Charlotte.
Prior to becoming a general broker, Bo began his career working for developers and builders in 2005. For the next 6 years, Bo marketed and sold some of Charlotte's most exclusive and exciting residential developments in the city such as the VUE Charlotte, Louisburg Square, and The Vyne. It was at this stage in his career that Bo learned how to launch and present a property to the buying public. Years later as Bo shifted into general brokerage and sold homes around the Charlotte area he continued to list and sell properties for developers. Bo was hired as the sales agent for notable condo and townhome projects such as Helix in Southend, Lumina in Southend, Grandin Heights and Uptown West Terraces in Wesley Heights, and Gallery Lofts in Noda.
Bo grew up just outside of Charlotte in Newton, NC where he enjoyed all things outdoors. Bo comes from a large family who spent their time on Lake Hickory and Lake Norman. His family routinely traveled to the mountains and the beaches of the Carolinas and Bo now does the same with his wife and four children. Growing up in Newton, Bo's life revolved around sports and as a full-time athlete, he played football, basketball, and baseball all four years at Newton-Conover High School. Bo is an alumnus of NC State University. He and his wife live in the Myers Park area and have 4 children. Bo loves spending time with his family and currently enjoys coaching his children's little league teams and he is also an avid golfer.
